Mean and Mern Trainer

**Job Summary**:
The MEAN and MERN Stack Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on the MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) and MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) tech stacks. This role will involve educating learners on full-stack web development using these modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies. The trainer will help students build a strong foundation in both MEAN and MERN stacks, from front-end development with Angular or React to back-end development with Node.js and database management using MongoDB.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Design, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on the MEAN and MERN stacks.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop a comprehensive, up-to-date training curriculum for MEAN and MERN stack development.
- Create learning modules that cover key areas like front-end development (Angular/React), back-end development (Node.js, Express.js), and database management (MongoDB).
- Ensure the curriculum includes the latest industry trends and best practices for full-stack JavaScript development.
- **Practical Project Development**:

- Help learners understand how to integrate different technologies in the stack and work with APIs and databases.
- **Student Support and Mentoring**:

- Offer personalized support to students during training, helping them understand complex topics and overcome coding challenges.
- Answer students' queries and provide guidance on best practices and problem-solving.
- Review students’ code and provide feedback to ensure high-quality coding standards.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Monitor student progress through assessments, quizzes, and coding exercises.
- Evaluate student performance based on projects and assignments, ensuring they meet industry standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and help them improve their skills and understanding of the MEAN and MERN stacks.
- **Stay Updated with Industry Trends**:

- Continuously research new tools, libraries, and best practices related to the MEAN and MERN stacks.
- Attend conferences, webinars, and other professional development events to stay current with evolving web development trends.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications in full-stack development or web technologies are a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience with MEAN and MERN stack development (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React, Node.js).
- **Teaching Experience**: Previous experience in teaching or mentoring web development, ideally with a focus on full-stack technologies.
- **Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Angular, and React.js.
- Strong understanding of full-stack development, including building front-end and back-end components.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Redux, etc.).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and integration of third-party services.
- Strong hands-on experience in database design and management with MongoDB.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

**Other Requirements**:

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with deployment tools and services (e.g., Heroku, AWS, Docker).
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging training materials (e.g., slide decks, coding exercises, tutorials).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
