We are looking for an experienced and passionate MERN Stack Trainer to join our team and mentor aspiring developers. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training sessions, preparing course materials, and guiding students through hands-on projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Explain core concepts of front-end, back-end, database, and full-stack development.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and update course content, training materials, and practical exercises.
- Ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards and job requirements.
- **Hands-on Guidance**:

- Assist students in building real-world projects using the MERN stack.
- Provide troubleshooting and debugging support during projects and exercises.
- **Assessment & Feedback**:

- Conduct periodic assessments to gauge student understanding and progress.
- Offer constructive feedback to help students improve their coding skills.
- **Industry Updates**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the MERN stack and software development.
- **Student Support**:

- Address queries and provide mentorship to students during and after the training sessions.
- Motivate and inspire students to achieve their learning goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person
