Job Titles: Desktop Support Engineer

Experience : 5+ years

Salary Bracket : Upto 4.5 LPA

Location : Andheri East Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:-

 Provide first-level support for Windows/Mac desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

 Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.

 Install, configure, and upgrade desktop systems, software, and applications.

 Maintain and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other office equipment.

 Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and other platforms.

 Support remote users via VPN and remote desktop tools.

 Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation of support requests.

 Experience on Antivirus

 Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.

 Assist in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.

 Provide end-user training and support for software applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

(preferred).

 Proven experience in desktop/laptop support and troubleshooting.

 Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and common enterprise software.

 Experience with Active Directory, group policies, and user account management.

 Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) is a plus.

 Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

 Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

 Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
