SCCM/Intune support for remote client infrastructure.
Career Level: IC2

Responsibilities

SCCM Management:

  • Install, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure.
  • Develop and deploy software packages, updates, and patches using SCCM.
  • Monitor SCCM system health and troubleshoot issues.
  • Create and manage task sequences for OS deployment.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to software deployments and compliance.

Intune Management:

  • Administer and support Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
  • Implement policies and configurations for mobile devices.
  • Ensure security compliance for all mobile devices through Intune.
  • Troubleshoot Intune-related issues and provide support for end-users.

Device and Software Management:

  • Manage and maintain Windows 10/11 and other client operating systems.
  • Ensure timely deployment of security patches and updates.
  • Support application deployment and maintenance.
