Working closely with operations and engineering teams, the System Analyst 2 will primarily focus on supporting the Back-End tier of the Millennium architecture. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding and hands-on experience with Linux environment, understanding of networking concepts, hands-on experience with troubleshooting and working in a production environment, and providing system support, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will perform daily system operations tasks to verify system integrity and availability, daily software updates across multiple customer bases, responding to customer service requests, system upgrades and resource optimization, and security implementations. You will implement monitoring for servers and systems and respond to alarms to prevent or resolve impacts to production systems. You will manage change and project activities while communicating with impacted stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Oracle Health customers through service requests.
• Perform regular software updates across multiple customer bases.
• Respond to various Customer Service Requests.
• Perform security implementation.
• Collaborate with project managers and other technical teams.

• Experience with working on Linux systems.
• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as OCI, AWS, or Azure is an added advantage.
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-6 years experience.
