Lead Team of Production and maintenance ( Tool and Machine ) engineers working in shifts

to achieve organization goals / Targets.

Knowledge of production technique such as Lean Mfg.

Knowledge of quality concepts such as Six Sigma , JIT , TQM, TPM , Kaizen , 5S.

Planning , Press operations and Dispatch.

Responsible for achieving targets in production / productivity , quality , Delivery , Safety , 5s and machine availability .

Cost- Conscious on all the production jobs , just in time pratices .

Knowledge of EBITDA Calculations.

Customer coordination of complainants audits NCs with an action plan.

Operation and Maintenance knowledge of HPS / MPS and LPS stamping Process capacity from 50T to 1500T.

Product knowledge of BIW Structural an Skin Parts automotive Vehicles.

Knowledge of production booking in SAP System.

Technical Skills

MS Office - Word / Excel / PowerPoint
