Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically sound and articulate IT Tech Consultant (Pre-Sales) to manage and respond to international business inquiries. The ideal candidate should be from a technical background and possess strong communication skills to handle client interactions effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client requirements and craft structured technical responses aligned with project scope.
  • Ensure timely and professional follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Handle end-to-end technical communication and responses to international client queries.
  • Understand project requirements and coordinate with internal teams to draft accurate proposals.
  • Maintain communication logs and track responses for continuous improvement.

How will you usually spend your hours in office?

  • You will do follow-ups on client emails and generate technical responses accordingly.
  • Sometimes, you may go on client calls, if needed, to clarify requirements or provide updates.
  • You will collaborate with the technical team to understand project scopes before replying to client queries.
  • You will create and refine client proposals based on feedback and discussions.
  • You may contribute to preparing presentations or pitch decks for ongoing prospects.

  • No cold calling
  • No door-to-door selling
  • No random lead generation without context
  • No irrelevant client targeting or spamming

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in BCA, MCA, B. Tech, or M. Tech (Computer Science/IT).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, web/app development, and client requirements.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (in-office) | Remaining hours WFH
