About the JobUnacademy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Head (French) for our Language Learning division. This role involves overseeing the creation of high-quality educational content, leading a team of educators, and providing strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of learners in the US market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of both French and English, extensive experience in content creation within the language learning sector, and the leadership skills necessary to drive the team towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and development of engaging French language learning content tailored to the needs of the US market.
  • Lead a team of educators and subject matter experts, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
  • Provide strategic direction and innovative ideas to enhance the language learning experience.
  • Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in our content offering.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in French and strong English communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team management and mentorship.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
  • Innovative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in French, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
