Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT & E-Commerce Operations Executive, ERP located in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing network administration, ensuring information technology systems run smoothly, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining network security, and providing customer service. Daily tasks include overseeing the ERP system, implementing technology solutions, and coordinating with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Network Administration, Information Technology, and Troubleshooting
  • Experience in handling daily eCommerce sales tasks such as order processing, inventory management, customer support, and basic analytics
  • Odoo Implementation Understanding: Familiarity with Odoo ERP system, capable of understanding its workflows and assisting with its operational use and basic customization.
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
