Job Profile : MIS Executive & Data Analyst (Min 5+Years' Experience – Male Candidate , Job Location : Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura -Delhi

Data Acquisition & Preparation: Gather data from different departments, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Transform raw data into a readable format, identifying and correcting errors in excel sheets.

Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze data based on provided briefs and analytical goals. Translate complex data into concise and actionable insights.

Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and present data-driven reports and presentations to management, using clear and understandable language tailored to the audience. Create monthly reports on key metrics such as sales, inventory, and market share.

Data Management: Manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion. Manage user access and roles, ensuring data security. Provide quality assurance of imported data, collaborating with quality assurance analysts as needed. Commission and decommission data sets as required. Process confidential data according to established guidelines.

Dashboard Development: Develop mini-dashboards for management, tailored to their specific requirements. Demonstrate strong visualization skills.

Reporting Environment: Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.

Data Warehouse Support: Support the data warehouse team in identifying and revising reporting requirements. Contribute to initiatives for data integrity and normalization.

System Support: Generate reports from single or multiple systems. Troubleshoot reporting database environments and reports. Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing. Proficiency in handling multiple projects and various data formats is essential.

Communication & Presentation: Communicate complex analytical processes and findings effectively to senior management. Present data clearly and concisely, ensuring that information is easily understood. Provide accurate timelines for data delivery and consistently meet deadlines.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certification or diploma in Statistical Analysis from a reputable institution (preferred).

Proven work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and other advanced features. Experience with machine learning libraries (like Pandas) is a significant plus.

Strong proficiency in handling large datasets and relational databases.

Familiarity with Tableau and Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice-versa.

Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies is highly desirable.

High-level experience in managing large-scale databases.

Understanding of data addressing and metadata standards.

Work Experience : Must have minimum 5+years of same field
