Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
MIS Executive
to support our daily Quick Commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational data, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring the accuracy of all reports and dispatch-related information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the
    Daily Quick Commerce MIS Sheet
    with high accuracy and timely data entry.
  • Track and update shipment and order information on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointment slots with partners such as
    Swiggy, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto
    , and others.
  • Reconcile daily dispatch data and highlight discrepancies to the operations team for corrective action.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards using Excel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Maintain proper documentation of dispatches, reports, and operational records.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting across all operational metrics.
  • Knowledge of
    EasyCom
    and dispatch processes will be considered an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic proficiency in
    Excel
    , including
    VLOOKUP
    , Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in
    MIS, logistics, or quick commerce operations
    is preferred but not mandatory.
