We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager with 3+ years of experience to lead our clients' digital presence. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in content strategy and community management, along with strong skills in content planning, social trends, performance analytics, and Meta Ads - driven by a creative mindset and a passion for impactful results.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and audience engagement.
  • Lead and mentor the social media and design teams to drive cohesive campaign execution and maintain creative excellence across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful posts and reels.
  • Oversee and coordinate reel production, including shoot planning, scripting, direction, and post-production in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor daily engagement, respond to comments/messages and build strong online communities.
  • Track and analyze content performance using insights and analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, algorithm changes, ad formats and content innovations.
  • Present campaign concepts, content strategies, and performance reports to internal teams and clients.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions with innovative, scroll-stopping content ideas.
  • Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all digital channels.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts and Meta Ad campaigns for brands.

Skillset: Strong command of content creation, social media scheduling tools and analytics.

Creativity: Ability to craft fresh and engaging narratives for varied industries.

Meta Ads Expertise: Working knowledge of setting up and managing Facebook/Instagram ads with audience targeting and performance optimization.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with a collaborative spirit.

Analytical Thinking: Strong grasp of performance metrics and ability to derive actionable insights.

Leadership: Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams, guiding team members and driving campaigns from concept to completion.

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
