  • Create and execute monthly Local Area Marketing Plan to create
  • awareness and build a database of prospective customers.
  • Meet every theme park/camp visitor and build relationship to generate cross selling & up selling opportunities.
  • Curating and conducting events at theme park/camps.
  • Increase guest reviews and satisfaction by ensuring smooth functioning and upkeep of the camp/theme park.
  • Develop and groom team by doing daily and weekly meetings, reviews, and Trainings.
  • Work in theme park/camp to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Reward & Recognition of Instructors & camp/theme park staff.
Skills & Qualifications 1. Graduate/MBA from Hospitality, Travel, Event or any other stream 2. Ability to use Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook 3. Experience of B2C or B2B sales 4. Experience of managing a team of 5-10 people 5. Good communication & presentation skills in English & local language 6. Background of either sports, theatre, dance or other extracurricular activities 7. Fluent in native language 8. Passion of travelling across India 9. Must be an Excellent Anchor, Game coordinator, Public Gatherer, Stage Performer and Mic Coordinator. 10.Experience in B2B and B2C Sales. Growth & Compensation: 1. Fixed Salary of Rs. 3-6 Lakh per Annum 2. Attractive incentive structure after probation 3. Half yearly performance appraisal in first 2 years 4.
