Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical capabilities, extensive experience in Salesforce Health Cloud, and a passion for optimizing healthcare processes through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Customization:

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce Health Cloud solutions tailored to meet organizational needs.
• Customize Salesforce Health Cloud applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other relevant technologies.

Integration:

• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Health Cloud and external systems, including EHRs and third-party applications.
• Ensure seamless data flow across systems and resolve any integration issues.

Technical Solution Design:

• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on solution architecture.

AI and Agentforce Utilization:

• Leverage AI capabilities within Salesforce, such as Einstein Analytics, to enhance data insights and decision-making processes.
• Optimize customer support and service functions using Agentforce features.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

• Conduct unit testing and participate in system testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues ensuring timely resolution.

Documentation and Support:

• Maintain clear and concise documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications and user manuals.
• Provide ongoing support and technical assistance to users and troubleshoot any operational issues.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay informed about the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features and capabilities, and propose enhancements to existing solutions.

Required Skills:

Technical Proficiency:

• Extensive experience in Salesforce Health Cloud development with solid knowledge of its features and limitations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and process automation tools.

Integration Skills:

• Experience with integration techniques, including APIs and web services.
• Ability to develop solutions that facilitate seamless integration with healthcare systems.

AI and Agentforce:

• Familiarity with incorporating AI capabilities within Salesforce, including Einstein Analytics.
• Experience with Agentforce and optimizing customer engagement and support processes.

Healthcare Domain Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards and practices, including familiarity with HIPAA compliance.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Proactive troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented approach.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, particularly Health Cloud.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for healthcare organizations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare processes, compliance standards, and data management.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant or Technical Architect, are highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce technical aspects, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL
• Experience in developing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems and platforms.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.
• Experience in training and mentoring technical team members.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator would be preferred.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology would be preferred.
