We are a travel company specializing in corporate services. Our mission is to deliver memorable travel experiences for our clients through top-notch service, strong vendor partnerships, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day‑to‑day operations

Manage and develop the operations team; ensure training & quality standards are maintained.

Coordinate with vendors ( transport, guides) to negotiate contracts and ensure service delivery meets agreed standards.

Handle customer enquiries, resolution of issues or complaints, ensuring client satisfaction.

Monitor and optimize workflows and operational processes; implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor offerings and travel regulations, and adapt offerings accordingly.

Maintain internal compliance (with travel regulations, insurance, safety, etc.).

Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance (cost control, vendor payments, revenue tracking).

Work cross‑departmentally with Sales, Marketing, Finance to align operations with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business Management or equivalent).

1‑2 years of experience in travel/tourism operations; previous managerial or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of booking systems / reservation software / GDS tools (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre etc.), and other travel tech.

Excellent communication & customer service skills.

Ability to multitask, solve problems quickly, and perform well under pressure.

Leadership skills: ability to manage, motivate, coach a team.

Familiarity with budgeting, finance, vendor contract negotiation.

Flexibility to handle unscheduled issues ( last‑minute changes etc.) and sometimes travel or work outside standard hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
