We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations for plywood, mica, and hardware products. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth material movement, accurate stock management, timely dispatch, and strong coordination with suppliers, transporters, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Maintain accurate stock records of plywood, mica sheets, laminates, and hardware items.
  • Conduct regular physical stock audits and ensure stock accuracy in the system.
  • Oversee proper storage, stacking, and handling of materials in the godown.
  • Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving inventory and report discrepancies.

2. Procurement & Supplier Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely material delivery.
  • Track purchase orders and follow up for pending materials.
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on delivery time, quality, and accuracy.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle/transport for timely delivery.
  • Ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading of materials.
  • Track shipments and update customers/sales team.

4. Data Management & Reporting

  • Update inventory and material movement data in software/Excel.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and dispatch reports.
  • Maintain documentation of inward/outward materials.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with sales, accounts, storekeepers, and management.
  • Address warehouse issues such as shortages, damages, or delays.
  • Ensure smooth, disciplined, and timely workflow in the godown.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (Commerce/Management preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, or inventory management (preferably in plywood, laminates, hardware, or building materials).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, inventory software, and documentation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage workload, multitask, and handle pressure.
  • Knowledge of logistics, stock planning, and vendor coordination.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be disciplined, punctual, and responsible.
  • Willing to work in a warehouse/godown environment.
  • Basic understanding of material dimensions (ply sheets, mica sizes, hardware items) preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
