We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations for plywood mica and hardware products The ideal candidate will ensure smooth material movement accurate stock management timely dispatch and strong coordination with suppliers transporters and the internal team Key Responsibilities 1 Inventory Warehouse Management Maintain accurate stock records of plywood mica sheets laminates and hardware items Conduct regular physical stock audits and ensure stock accuracy in the system Oversee proper storage stacking and handling of materials in the godown Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving inventory and report discrepancies 2 Procurement Supplier Coordination Coordinate with vendors suppliers for timely material delivery Track purchase orders and follow up for pending materials Evaluate supplier performance based on delivery time quality and accuracy 3 Order Processing Dispatch Prepare delivery challans invoices and dispatch documents Schedule and coordinate vehicle transport for timely delivery Ensure accurate picking packing and loading of materials Track shipments and update customers sales team 4 Data Management Reporting Update inventory and material movement data in software Excel Prepare daily weekly and monthly stock and dispatch reports Maintain documentation of inward outward materials 5 Coordination Communication Work closely with sales accounts storekeepers and management Address warehouse issues such as shortages damages or delays Ensure smooth disciplined and timely workflow in the godown Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree Commerce Management preferred 1-3 years of experience in supply chain warehouse or inventory management preferably in plywood laminates hardware or building materials Strong knowledge of MS Excel inventory software and documentation Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage workload multitask and handle pressure Knowledge of logistics stock planning and vendor coordination Additional Requirements Must be disciplined punctual and responsible Willing to work in a warehouse godown environment Basic understanding of material dimensions ply sheets mica sizes hardware items preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Location Muzaffarpur Bihar Preferred Work Location In person
