Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in Accountant

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (depending on interview and experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable
Accountant
with hands-on experience in
corporate accounting and reconciliations
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring financial compliance, and supporting daily accounting operations with a strong focus on reconciliations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    day-to-day accounting
    operations including journal entries, vendor invoices, and expense tracking.
  • Handle
    bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
    on a regular basis.
  • Maintain ledgers and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Assist in
    monthly and quarterly closings
    , including preparation of MIS reports.
  • Support
    statutory, internal, and tax audits
    with relevant documentation.
  • Ensure timely
    GST, TDS, and compliance filings
    .
  • Assist in
    AR/AP management
    and coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to internal control processes.

Requirements:

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
    preferred.
  • Minimum
    2 years of accounting experience
    in a
    corporate or mid-sized organization
    .
  • Strong experience in
    reconciliations
    (bank, vendor, customer).
  • Proficiency in
    Tally / ERP systems
    and
    MS Excel
    .
  • Good understanding of
    GST, TDS, and accounting principles
    .
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work within deadlines.
