
Marketing & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities across different regions in India to identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new buyer accounts.
- Maintain knowledge of yarn products (cotton, blended, synthetic), including applications for different regional markets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients and demonstrate product value.
- Process customer orders, coordinate with production/logistics, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct market research and gather client feedback to support product and service improvements.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports/forecasts for management.
- Work closely with marketing, production, and quality teams to align sales activities with company objectives.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products.
- Provide after-sales support and address client queries to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends in the Indian textile market.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile Technology, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the textile industry (cotton yarn or related products).
Strong knowledge of yarn types, textile manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and end-use applications.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage clients from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage).
Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and prepare accurate forecasts/reports.
Skilled in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Willingness to travel extensively across India, and occasionally to international markets, for client visits, trade shows, and market development.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow within the yarn export and domestic textile business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
