Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive/ Placement Officer, your main responsibility is to connect HR professionals, hiring managers, and students for successful campus placements and internship opportunities. You will actively build and maintain strong relationships with companies and recruiters to understand their hiring needs and match them with suitable candidates.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate new job opportunities by connecting with HRs, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition teams from IT companies.
- Conduct research and outreach to identify new companies, corporate tie-ups, and placement partners for campus recruitment, off-campus placements, and internship programs.
- Ensure successful placement of trained students by matching their skills with company requirements.
- Build and maintain strong connections with HR professionals, recruiters, industry leaders, and corporate partners.
- Coordinate and manage both on-campus and off-campus hiring initiatives to maximize placement opportunities.
- Pitch and promote Full Stack Java trained candidates to relevant IT clients.
- Facilitate and organize interviews, job fairs, placement drives, and recruitment events for students.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the institute, employers, and students for smooth communication and placement processes.
- Write professional emails, proposals, and follow-ups with HRs and clients.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports of placement opportunities, client requirements, and student status.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets of student placements and client acquisition
