Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Services Coordinator based in Gurugram one of the prestigious hospital.
The Patient Services Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks such as appointment scheduling, meeting hospital doctors for the treatment plans with excellent communication etiquette, verifying information, and understanding and applying medical terminology.
The role aims to ensure smooth and efficient patient interactions and coordination.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills
- Understanding of Medical Terminology
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is preferred
