This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our USA-based staff and service providers, implement and manage programs that contribute to our growth, and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Position Overview: As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will oversee and streamline maintenance operations for our clients properties and facilities in New York (Work location: Bangalore). This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations by coordinating work orders, managing schedules, and liaising between vendors, technicians, and management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a bit tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule, assign, and track maintenance tasks using Facil-IT (CMMS software)training provided.
  • Vendor & Technician Management: Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance staff and third-party service providers.
  • Work Order Management: Prioritize and dispatch work orders efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Assist in planning and executing routine checks to avoid equipment failures.
  • Communication Hub: Relay updates between field teams, management, and tenants/clients.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all maintenance work meets safety, compliance, and company standards.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain logs of maintenance activities, costs, and vendor performance.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in any field.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • No Precise Tech Skills but comfortable learning Facil-IT/CMMStraining provided.
  • Strong Organizational & Time Management abilities.
  • Problem-Solving Attitude with keen attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to rotational shifts (including weekends if required).
  • Education: Any Degree or Equivalent (if no degree, you will be judged on how you present yourself).
