Vendor Manager – Recruitment

Location: Bangalore (On-site / Hybrid)

Experience: 2–4 years

Job Description: We are seeking a Vendor Manager to handle recruitment vendors, coordinate hiring activities, and ensure timely candidate submissions. The role involves building and maintaining vendor relationships and pre-screening candidates received from vendors.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard recruitment vendors.

Coordinate with vendors to share job requirements and ensure timely candidate submissions.

Pre-screen candidates shared by vendors before forwarding to the hiring team.

Track and report vendor performance and delivery quality.

Maintain vendor MIS, trackers, and weekly reports.

Negotiate vendor terms as per company policies.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in vendor management, recruitment, or staffing.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Basic understanding of recruitment cycles and pre-screening. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.36 per month
