Role & responsibilities
1.Area/ Lane /Geography MappingResponsible for lane to lane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regular intervals withthe help of supervisor. Identify new sources in the allocated Area/ Geography andinform the progress to reporting manager during team huddle.
2. Source Relationship ManagementResponsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified byhim in his geography/area.
3. Maintain ReportsResponsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in theprescribed format. Should maintain diary on daily basis in the prescribed format ofactivities.
4. Channel Partner RecruitmentResponsible for identifying the need for appointment of a channel partner.
5. Team HuddleResponsible for attending team huddle on a daily basis as per the set process.
6. Customer Relationship ManagementResponsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintainingrelationship with customers.
7. Completion of FileResponsible for submission of complete applications.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can be considered
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in field sales (door-to-door / market visits)
- Ability to achieve monthly sales & business targets
- Good negotiation & convincing skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
- Basic knowledge of financial products / home loans (preferred)
- Comfortable with local travel within assigned territory
