- Carrying out need assessments and developing recommendations
- Executing the mandates. Managing and coordinating with resources for successful delivery
- Identifying and tapping new opportunites. Market Development.
- Understanding clients' requirements and developing plans and proposals
- Campaign Development and resource management
- Client Servicing and Programme Delivery
For Trainers (in Communications & Soft Skills and Business English):
- Module Development
- Content Delivery
- Conducting the workshop
- Assessment and certification
Preferred candidate profile
Should have relevant experience of 1-5 years in Corporate Training Industry with exposure to programme development and coordination, Marketing, Need assessments, proposal making, programme delivery and resource management. Good command of English language and presentation skills is a pre-requisite.
