
Document and Training Coordinator

The Document and Training Coordinator actively participate in the quality assurance department activities particularly for the management of quality documents (QD) and training in the eQMS. The Document and Training Coordinator also maintain key documents under the responsibility of the department and perform follow-up on periodic activities (e.g., GCP training, SOP revision).
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage Quality Document (QD) including, creation, revision and retirement through document change control process (DCP) in the eQMS platform. Ensure timely a follow-up on processing and execution of DCP.
- Perform QC of quality documents to ensure it meets internal quality standards (quality of content, QD format, formatting, protection, etc.).
- Provide guidance and supports to users (e.g., DCP, training); Provide training session to users including for Administrator/Coordinator roles. Can help supporting system administration tasks such as system periodic review.
- Act as the main system administrator including management of user access/access modification and revocation; manage user profiles/role; manages eQMS folders privileges and security including on study folders.
- Act as a Training Coordinator in the eQMS; assign and manage corporate trainings for all employees. Creates curriculum and training content where needed.
- Provide support for the preparation and conduct of client audits and inspections.
- Ensures the following tasks are completed monthly: (1) Org. Chart, (2) Quality Document list, (3) Escalation of late GCP training, (4) Corporate training matrix
**Requirements**:
**Education**
- College Diploma (DEC) or equivalent experience.
**Experience**
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a regulated environment.
**Knowledge and skills**
- Advance level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel et PowerPoint).
- Excellent skills with computerized systems.
- Knowledge of document control aspects and good clinical practices is an asset.
- Excellent oral and written English.
- Detailed-oriented, rigorous and organized.
- Good capacity at managing multiple priorities and work with tight deadline.
- Good knowledge of good clinical practices.
