Manage training delivery scheduler and coordination with training partners
- Manage administrative coordination for senior members in the organization
- Manage eLearning coordination for client initiatives
- Coordinate learning management delivery through virtual and physical modes
- Conduct HR activities like coordination with recruiters, scheduling interviews and office events.
- Manage data related to marketing tracker and campaign related activities.
- Use databases to populate reports required for the organization
- Compile a database of clients for prospecting
- Getting appointments with decision makers in organizations and training business through telephonic conversations
**Key Result Areas**:
- Developing strong contact database relevant to people focused roles
- Manage learning and e-learning initiatives coordination
- Manage trackers for project-based assignments
- Work with database to populate required reports
- Manage time bound administrative activities
- Conduct HR coordination and activities
**Skills Required**:
- Graduate in English Medium with fluency in English
- Must possess strong communication, virtual interaction, and telephonic skills
- Experience in service / administration role is preferred
- High level of competency in MS Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual conference platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.)
- Advanced ability to work with data in excel to populated required reports
- Confidence to conduct business in virtual environment (mail and phone)
- Ability to multi-task and working under pressure is a must.
**Salary**: ₹9,666.90 - ₹32,360.51 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Performance bonus
