Role: Senior Technical Manager

Experience: 8+ Yrs

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions across cloud and on-prem environments
  • Architect and manage open analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Spark, Microsoft Fabric)
  • Oversee data pipelines, model lifecycle, and MLOps practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with business goals
  • Ensure robust data governance, security, and compliance across platforms
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into the enterprise stack
  • Drive performance optimization and cost-efficiency in cloud-based AI workloads

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7-8 years in data engineering, AI/ML development, or technical leadership roles
  • Proven hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Strong command of open analytics tools: Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric
  • Expertise in cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Experience with data lake architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, and real-time analytics
  • Familiarity with data governance tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Unity Catalog)
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and scripting for automation
  • Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working in multi-cloud and hybrid environments
  • Exposure to USA/UAE markets or global enterprise clients
  • Certifications in AI/ML, cloud architecture, or data engineering are a plus
