Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled
ServiceNow Technical Architect
to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, proven experience in solution architecture, and a strong ability to align platform capabilities with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Total Experience:
    10–15 years, with
    6+ years in ServiceNow Architecture
  • Module Expertise:
    Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in at least
    three
    of the following modules:
  • IT Service Management (
    ITSM
    )
  • IT Operations Management (
    ITOM
    )
  • Human Resources Service Delivery (
    HRSD
    )
  • Customer Service Management (
    CSM
    )
  • Hands-on experience
    in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions at scale.
  • Strong knowledge
    of ServiceNow platform capabilities, integrations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Mandatory:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (
    CSA
    )
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (
    CIS
    ) – any module relevant to the role
  • Preferred:
