Role and Responsibilities
The Digital HR role at ITVnetwork is responsible for administering compensation and benefit plans, assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, conducting employee onboarding, and helping to organize training and development initiatives. The position also involves providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, resolving any issues that may arise, and promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Additionally, the Digital HR professional will assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies, undertake tasks around performance management, and gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates. Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form is also a key responsibility.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for the Digital HR role at ITVnetwork, the candidate should have a background in the digital industry and demonstrate a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and have a strong problem-solving mindset. Prior experience in HR roles and familiarity with HR software systems are desirable.
