We CGS Hospital (A unit of CGS Charitable Trust) are a reputed multi-specialty veterinary hospital in Gurgaon, known for providing high-quality medical and surgical care for pets and other animals. Our facility is equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, operation theatres, and a team of skilled veterinary professionals. To ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of the hospital, we are seeking an experienced and reliable Assistant Manager – Administration & Purchase.
Role Overview
This is a dual-role position that requires hands-on experience in both administration management and procurement operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling hospital infrastructure, staff coordination, compliance, vendor management, and supply chain activities in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills
· Graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, Hospital Management, or related field
· 4 to 6 years of experience in administration and procurement; healthcare/hospital sector experience preferred
· Strong knowledge of vendor negotiation, asset and facility management, and compliance handling
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience in inventory software or ERP is a plus
· Excellent communication, multitasking, and leadership skills
· Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills/Experience
· Prior experience in hospital, veterinary, animal care, or pet-related facility
· Familiarity with procurement of veterinary medicines and supplies
· Working knowledge of biomedical waste management and fire safety protocols
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600, ₹700,000.00 per year
