The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing retail operations, managing teams, ensuring compliance with policies, optimizing processes, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities also include coordinating with various departments, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies for improvement. The role involves regular communication and collaboration with stakeholders.QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience in retail operations and process optimizationProficiency in performance analysis and strategy developmentExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesKnowledge of retail software solutions such as POS, ERP, and Ecommerce Order ManagementBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fieldExperience in the retail industry is a significant plus
