Primary Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers and business stakeholders to obtain voice of customer (VOC) and identify outcome-based opportunities and solutions and deliver a thoughtful, customer centric solution
  • Partners with technical leaders and development teams to ensure proper execution of product vision, strategy, and features
  • Communicate changes in strategic direction or priority shifts to cross-functional teams
  • Be able to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical and non-technical teams
  • Ensure overall product strategy and roadmap are executed and aligned across portfolios where required
  • Ensure initiatives are directly tied to OKRs
  • Escalation of issues that could impact the budget, timeline, or strategic vision
  • Influence prioritization for highest value work using data-driven strategies
  • Create and communicate the value proposition via internal marketing material for product promotion
  • Effectively looks up and out to influence product strategy, portfolio capabilities and the dependencies
  • Monitor the budget and raise awareness when seeing variation
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 9+ years of experience in Product Development with 6+ years of technology-powered products and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery experience
  • Experience in leading and executing cross functional deliverables between product lines
  • Understanding of lean product management best practices and frameworks
  • Proven ability to negotiate win-win solutions across teams and lines of business (cross application / cross portfolio)
  • Proven to effectively communicates and builds relationship across multiple products teams, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Proven ability to work within a highly regulated and competing environment, preferably healthcare technology
  • Proven ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical issues
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Preferred Qualification:
  • Exposure in healthcare domain
