Role Description

We are seeking a
Technical Product Manager (TPM)
with a strong mix of
product development expertise
and
hands-on technical experience
in
.NET, MongoDB, SQL, and Angular
. This role requires someone who can
translate business needs into technical solutions
, lead the engineering teams, and ensure successful delivery of scalable, user-friendly, and high-performing products.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable discussing system design with developers, reviewing product workflows with designers, and engaging with the end customers to understand the requirements. and present the roadmap to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Strategy
  • Define and own the product roadmap aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and customer needs to drive innovation.
  • Technical & Product Leadership
  • Lead the end-to-end development
    using
    .NET, Angular, MongoDB, and SQL
    to design and deliver robust features.
  • Participate in technical discussions, review architecture decisions, and validate feasibility.
  • Work with customers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Execution & Delivery
  • Translate product requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups).
  • Ensure timely delivery of releases with quality benchmarks.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the bridge between business, engineering, and QA teams.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to leadership and clients.
  • Data-Driven Decisions
  • Use SQL and MongoDB queries for reporting, product analytics, and insights.
  • Define product KPIs, monitor adoption, and improve based on metrics.
  • Customer Focus
  • Gather customer feedback and usage data to continuously refine product features.
  • Advocate for usability, performance, and scalability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience
    in software development and/or product management.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • .NET (C#)
    for backend development.
  • Angular
    for front-end applications.
  • MongoDB and SQL Server
    for database design, queries, and performance tuning.
  • Strong understanding of
    SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
    .
  • Ability to write/review
    APIs, data models, workflows, and system integrations
    .
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
