Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive market expansion, meeting sales targets, and strengthening client relationships. Tasks include identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams for customized solutions, managing key accounts, and reporting sales activities and performance metrics. The role also involves analyzing market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic actions for growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales experience, including business development and account management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, understand customer needs, and craft tailored solutions
- Proficiency in sales strategy development and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with genomics, life sciences, or healthcare sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields
- Previous experience in handling a sales territory or zone is desirable
