We are looking for a highly skilled professional who combines the strategic capabilities of a CX Solutions Consultant with hands-on expertise in Cisco UCCE and Webex Contact Center. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both customer-facing engagements and deep technical solutioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end contact center solutions using Cisco UCCE, CCX, and Webex Contact Center platforms
- Partner with clients to understand their customer experience goals and translate them into scalable, effective solutions
- Lead pre-sales activities including solution design, product demonstrations, RFP responses, and customer presentations
- Manage UCCE upgrades (e.g., 11.x to 12.x), and lead migrations from UCCE/CCX to Webex Contact Center
- Implement CTI integrations, outbound campaigns, reporting, and automation workflows
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, delivery, and project management
- Clearly communicate technical concepts and solution benefits to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Five to ten years of experience in contact center technologies, specifically Cisco UCCE, CCX, and cloud-based platforms
- Three to five years of experience in CX pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture
- Proven expertise in UCCE design, upgrades, cloud migrations, and omnichannel deployments
- Strong experience with CRM integration, campaign management, and contact center reporting
- Two to three years of project management experience with an ability to manage timelines, resources, and client expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Cisco certifications such as CCNP Collaboration or UCCE Specialist
- Experience with AI, chatbots, and robotic process automation (RPA) in contact center environments
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
