Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The HR Generalist will perform day-to-day tasks including managing HR functions, implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Other responsibilities include benefits administration, maintaining employee records, and providing support in recruitment and employee relations.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) Management, HR Policies, and HR functions
- Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the design or decor industry is a plus
