Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (Client Site)

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Experience Required: 2–5 years in Data Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion

Managing users and user roles

Providing quality assurance of imported data, working with QA analysts if necessary

Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets

Processing confidential data and information according to company guidelines

Assisting in development of reports and analyses

Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata

Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements

Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization

Assessing, testing, and implementing new or upgraded software

Assisting in strategic decisions on new systems

Generating reports from single or multiple systems

Troubleshooting reporting database environments and reports

Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems

Training end-users on new reports and dashboards

Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university or college

Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, formulas, etc.)

Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks and data needs

Experience analyzing existing tools and databases and recommending software solutions

Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, easy-to-understand terms

Experience in managing large-scale databases, with understanding of data normalization and integrity

Hands-on experience with relational databases and handling large data sets

Familiarity with addressing and metadata standards

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹900,000.00 per year
