About Us:

At Colombian Brew Coffee ( Ozori Industries ), we're passionate about crafting the perfect cup of Colombian coffee. From our farms in the highlands to your morning brew, we ensure every step is driven by quality, sustainability, and innovation. We are now looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy Data Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decisions across production, marketing, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Cleaning:

    Gather, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources, including point-of-sale systems, supply chain software, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Reporting & Dashboards:

    Develop real-time dashboards and regular reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to monitor KPIs such as sales performance, inventory levels, production efficiency, and customer retention.
  • Business Insights & Recommendations:

    Analyze trends across retail, wholesale, and export channels to identify opportunities for growth, cost savings, or operational improvements.
  • Customer & Market Analytics:

    Conduct customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and purchasing behavior studies to support marketing and product development teams.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory Optimization:

    Work with the operations team to forecast demand, reduce waste, and optimize procurement and distribution using historical data and predictive modeling.
  • Collaborative Projects:

    Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in operations, sales, finance, and product development to support data needs and strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or business analyst role, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or retail.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and ERP tools is desirable.
  • Familiarity with the coffee industry or supply chain management is a big plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
