Urgently required Data Analyst - Luxury Retail Jewelery (Pune)

Position: 1

Experience: Extensive experience (6-8 years) in Data Analyst

Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (like

computer science or statistics)

Package: Up to 8 LPA

Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL for data retrieval, along with proficiency in statistical programming languages like Python or R.

Data Visualization Tools: Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or AWS Quicksite to create clear and informative visualizations.

Statistical Knowledge: A solid understanding of statistical methods, including probability, hypothesis testing, and regression.

Predictive Modeling: The ability to create statistical and econometric models to forecast trends.

Business Acumen: Understanding business goals and how data analysis can contribute to achieving them.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex findings to both technical and no technical audiences.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Interpretation: Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

Reporting & Visualization: Develop, maintain, and present detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively

to various stakeholders.

Predictive Modeling: Create and refine predictive models to forecast future trends and business impacts, using advanced statistical methods.

Strategic Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve business efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.

Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation processes and consistent review of

data sources.

Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple data analysis projects simultaneously, aligning them with business goals.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, helping them develop their analytical skills.
