Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Product Analyst who will be responsible for creating custom SQL packages and Tableau dashboards to support our sales, marketing and product organizations.

  • The Product Analyst will develop and implement sustainable Tableau reporting solutions, including complex reports using multi-dimensional data sources.
  • Partner with product & technology to ensure data required for analysis is collected, stored and available in the proper format. Guarantee data collected has appropriate integrity and governance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of internal data lake and appropriate KPI's, making recommendations on how to structure and showcase internal data in dashboards.
  • Administer Tableau Server tasks including security and performance administration functions such as user maintenance, bridges to various databases and data connections.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) plus 3 years or Master's Degree and 2 years of experience in design and development of BI applications with Tableau.
  • 3-5- years of experience working with SQL and NoSQL, with specific scripting experience for use in automation and interfacing with databases.
  • 3+ years of experience and strong knowledge of report building and analysis in Microsoft Excel and Tableau, with a specific eye towards creating dashboards with complex concepts that are easy to understand by a variety of internal audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with a team of talented analysts and developers.
  • Passion for working with data and analytics.
  • Ability to learn and make effective use of new technologies.
