The Senior Marketing Consultant will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, supporting business development efforts, and driving demand generation across digital channels. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who can blend creativity with analytics and has hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support sales and business growth objectives.
  • Design and oversee digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
  • Create high-quality marketing collateral — including case studies, pitch decks, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Work closely with leadership and sales teams to align marketing messaging with go-to-market goals.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and present actionable insights for optimization.
  • Identify new opportunities for brand visibility, thought leadership, and partnership marketing.
  • Supervise and mentor junior marketing resources or consultants when required.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, HR-tech, or technology-driven businesses.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand positioning.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Prior experience managing or guiding marketing campaigns for AI or recruitment technology products.
  • Creative flair for design and content ideation.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance and project needs)
  • Compensation: Competitive; based on experience and project scope
