Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager / Sr. Manager

Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India (On-site)

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturdays are Work from Home; 4th Saturday of the month is off)

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem, and is driven by results.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Design and implement strategic influencer-driven campaigns tailored to specific brand goals.

Act as the primary point of contact for influencer marketing campaigns across various client brands.

Collaborate with influencers or their managers directly to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Relationship Building

Research, identify, and engage with key influencers, bloggers, and digital media personalities.

Build and nurture long-term relationships through effective communication and influencer seeding programs.

Establish and manage brand ambassador and ongoing influencer collaboration programs.

Performance & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant KPIs and ROI metrics.

Prepare post-campaign recaps and insights to evaluate campaign success and optimize future efforts.

Manage campaign timelines and ensure timely delivery of influencer assets and content.

Client Engagement

Understand client objectives and tailor influencer strategies accordingly.

Serve as the campaign expert, providing insights on trends, tools, and strategic recommendations.

What We're Looking For

3–7 years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to advocate for client

Proven track record of managing end-to-end influencer campaigns.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Established network and contact base of top social media personalities.

Passion for digital platforms and an understanding of what drives engagement.
