Senior Marketing Professional

We are seeking a seasoned executive to drive operational excellence in our Influencer Marketing vertical.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our influencer network and relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving quarterly goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client's influencer marketing requirements and create a proposal or pitch deck along with an execution plan.
  • Maintain turnaround time for briefs received and research, recruit & onboard with great negotiation tactics and process downloading to influencers, content creators, and celebrities.
  • Brief, negotiate, and give process downloading to influencers, content creators, and celebrities.
  • Maintain the database and keep adding new influencers to the respective assigned category/genre.
  • Build strategic relationships with third-party vendors, agencies & partners.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal team members and external partners.
  • Execute campaigns seamlessly with strong coordination with onboarded influencers and internal teams.
  • Review, analyze key metrics of the campaigns and create a comprehensive report and reasoning of influencer activation.

Requirements:

  • Social Media Savvy.
  • 06-12 years of experience in influencer marketing (preferable) or social media.
  • Excellent communication skills and networking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office (emails, excel, ppt, word).
  • Good knowledge of social media insights & analytics.
  • Ability to work as a team, understand, and good organization of tasks allocated.
  • Smart negotiation and convincing tactics.
  • Well organized with great time management skills.
  • High interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
