Job Description:

Distributor Network Manager

  • Develop and execute strategies to establish a robust distributor network.
  • Ensure effective documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements for newly appointed distributors.
  • Set sales targets, both primary and secondary, along with the number of retail stores to be opened each month, and achieve these targets for each distributor.
  • Manage sales to distributors and further to retail stores, thereby achieving sales targets by retailing yourself and through sales resources.
  • Coordinate distributor invoicing and timely dispatch through the company.
  • Collect collections and manage distributor outstanding, reporting strictly on FIFO and outstanding tracking.
  • Confirm distributor balance on a regular basis.
  • Provide daily sales reports, weekly inventory and sales reports, and monthly sales versus achievement reports with aging of distributors.
  • Be directly responsible for opening and servicing A+ category retail outlets.
  • Ensure model mix and placement of focused products.
  • Monitor, train, groom, and motivate the sales team to deliver targeted results by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Monitor distributor inventory in terms of SKUs and inventory.
  • Merchandise and display the company's products across the entire area.
  • Analyze and summarize sales and inventory reports as per timelines provided by the company, along with reporting competition activity to RSM/HO.
  • Implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives effectively and efficiently.
  • Identify sales resources and conduct preliminary screening. Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in mobile accessories or related industries.
  • Good market reputation in handling distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to drive business growth.
  • Proven track record of success in expanding market presence and driving sales growth, particularly in urban and rural areas.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and MIS reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in sales.
  • Good market reputation in handling distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Proven track record of success in expanding market presence and driving sales growth.
