Job Title: Network Architect

We seek an accomplished Network Architect to spearhead network architecture design and implementation for our clients. As a key member of our infrastructure services team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting robust networks that meet client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network design, architecture, and implementation, with expertise in Juniper Ex series switches and other networking technologies. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Create scalable and secure network architectures using Juniper Ex series switches and other networking technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and sales, to ensure that network designs meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and test plans.
  • Perform site surveys and assessments to identify network requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Develop training programs to educate technical staff on new network technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in network design, architecture, and implementation, with a focus on Juniper Ex series switches and other networking technologies.
  • Deep understanding of Layer-2 & Layer-3 protocols, including TCP/IP, STP, Trunking, Ether channel, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with high availability fundamentals like HSRP and VRRP.
  • Experience with wireless technologies, including deployment and operational support in large environments on Aruba wireless controllers and APs.
  • Multi-vendor experience with Juniper and Cisco.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CISSP or CCIE certification.
  • Experience with cloud-based network architectures and virtualization.
  • Knowledge of SDN concepts and technologies.
