Role & responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing vendors/suppliers
- Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and expand the vendor base.
- Conduct negotiations with Seller & buyers to secure deals and agreements.
- Focus on essential metrics such as GMV, Quantity, Margin Percentage, Category Mix, and the number of Active Sellers and Buyers.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven work experience in sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a business development role.
- Should have in depth knowledge territory topography
