Responsibilities:-

  • Payment advice knock off against Invoices.
  • Claims validation such as rate difference, consumer promo, TOT, Visibility
  • Debit note/Credit note entry posting in SAP.
  • Analysis of short payment received from customer.
  • Follow-up with customer for overdue payment.
  • Follow-up with depot team for Invoice POD copy.
  • Weekly MIS on ageing of outstanding balance of customers.
  • Invoice level reconciliation with customer ledger.
  • Reconciliation of TDS deduction on 194Q at customer level.
  • Automation project.
