We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reconciliations, and audit activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable/Receivable, TDS, GST, and Cash Flow Management, along with hands-on exposure to e-commerce accounting and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting activities including journal entries, general ledger posting, and account reconciliations.
  • Perform Bank Reconciliation and monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
  • Handle TDS and GST computations, filings, and compliance.
  • Assist in internal and statutory audits by preparing and maintaining necessary documentation.
  • Prepare and analyze Cash Flow Statements and other financial reports as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Reconcile e-commerce payments, commissions, and settlements across multiple platforms.
