Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled
Accounts & Finance Executive
to manage core accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and vendor/client reconciliations. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in accounting standards and GST/TDS rules and capable of independently managing day-to-day finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complete bookkeeping and ensure accurate posting of all financial transactions.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable with timely follow-ups and reconciliations.
  • Maintain general ledger, trial balance, and daily financial records.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, purchase orders, and expense claims.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support management with MIS reports, revenue forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
  • Prepare and file GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory payments on time.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and coordinate with external auditors/CA
  • Manage vendor payments, reconciliation, and maintain ageing reports.
  • Ensure proper document management for audits, approvals, and financial reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred.
  • 2–10 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or audit.
  • Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic financial formulas).
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity companies (added advantage).
  • Exposure to revenue reconciliation, subscription billing, or multi-entity accounting.
  • Experience supporting internal/external audits.
